Tracy Morgan is coming back to television.
Saturday Night Live has just announced the first three hosts of its fall season, and he is among them—his will host the comedy institution on October 17. According to the New York Times this will be his first announced performance since he was badly injured in a car crash last year.
He was riding in a van that was struck from behind by a Walmart truck, and sustained life-threatening injuries. In June, he appeared on NBC’s Today show and promised that he’d do his best to get back into comedy.
